If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or make a purchase. These Terms govern your use of plnhousestudio.neocities.org and all associated services.
PLNHOUSE Studio sells digital architectural plan sets. Plans are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. Delivery is immediate — a download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout within minutes of a confirmed payment.
Plan sets include PDF drawings as described on each plan's detail page. Delivery format and content are defined at the time of purchase. PLNHOUSE Studio reserves the right to update plan files to correct errors; buyers who have previously purchased a plan may contact us for updated files at no charge.
Because products are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after plan delivery. Before purchasing, review all plan specifications, square footage, dimensions, room configurations, and stylistic details carefully.

Each purchase grants a license as specified at the time of purchase and detailed in the License Terms. The standard purchase grants a Single Build License: a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to construct the purchased plan one time, on one property.
The license is granted to the individual or entity making the purchase. It is not transferable to another party without an additional purchase. See the License Terms document for complete licensing terms, including Additional Build and Reproducible License tiers.
The following are prohibited under all license tiers:
All architectural designs, drawings, documents, and brand materials — including the PLNHOUSE Studio name, logo mark, and plan set content — are the sole property of PLNHOUSE Studio LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright law.
The purchase of a plan grants a license to use the plan as specified. It does not transfer copyright, design rights, or any ownership interest in the work. Plans are licensed, not sold.
Plans are provided as professionally drafted architectural designs. They are not permit-ready and do not constitute professional engineering or architectural advice specific to your site conditions, local codes, soil type, wind or seismic zone, or intended use.
A locally licensed architect or structural engineer must review, adapt, and stamp plans before they may be submitted for any permit. PLNHOUSE Studio makes no warranty that plans will be approved by any local authority without professional modification. PLNHOUSE Studio disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PLNHOUSE Studio LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a plan purchase or use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the plan in question. PLNHOUSE Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from plan use, modification, or construction.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction. By purchasing, you consent to personal jurisdiction in the applicable forum.
