Permit approved. Construction begins. The plan you licensed becomes the home you build — on the property you recorded at purchase.

What exactly does a license grant me?
A Single Build License grants you the right to construct the purchased plan one time, on one property. The property address is recorded in your license confirmation at purchase. You may share the files with your architect and contractor for project purposes. You may not build on additional properties, resell the files, or distribute the drawings in any form.
Can I build the same plan twice?
Yes — with an Additional Build License for each additional property. At 50% of the original plan price, this is the most cost-efficient way to build the same plan more than once. Contact us with your original order number and the new property address to purchase an Additional Build License.
I'm a developer. Which license do I need?
The Reproducible License grants unlimited builds of a single plan for your legal entity, at 8× the single build price. If you are building multiple different plans, each plan requires its own Reproducible License. Contact us directly for volume pricing on multi-plan developer packages.
Are sales refundable?
All sales are final. Because plan sets are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds after delivery. Review all plan specifications, dimensions, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific plan before buying, contact us — we're happy to help.
Can I transfer my license to someone else?
Licenses are non-transferable. The license is tied to the purchaser and the property address recorded at time of purchase. If you need to change the property address on record, contact us directly. Licenses may not be resold, gifted, or transferred to another party under any circumstances.
What is the license term?
Your license is perpetual for the permitted use — there is no expiration date. A Single Build License grants the right to build the plan once, on the recorded property, for as long as you own that right. There are no annual renewal fees. You purchase once and build when you are ready.
