PLNHOUSE Studio collects only the information necessary to process your purchase and deliver your plan files. We collect:
- Email addresses, provided at the time of purchase or email list signup.
- Payment information, which is processed entirely by Stripe. PLNHOUSE Studio does not receive, store, or handle payment card data.
- Plan purchase history, including which plans were purchased and on what date, for license record purposes.
- Basic, aggregated analytics such as page views. We do not perform individual user tracking.
Information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- To deliver purchased plan files and license confirmation to your email address.
- To maintain a record of your license for verification and support purposes.
- To respond to support and licensing inquiries you initiate.
- To send optional email updates about new plans and studio announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email.
PLNHOUSE Studio does not collect phone numbers, physical mailing addresses, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or any biometric data.
We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. We do not use any behavioral tracking, retargeting, or cross-site tracking technologies.
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. PLNHOUSE Studio never receives, stores, or handles payment card information. Your card number, security code, and billing details are submitted directly to Stripe's secure payment infrastructure and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
PLNHOUSE Studio receives from Stripe only a confirmation of successful payment, the associated order amount, and your email address for delivery purposes.
We retain your data only as long as necessary or legally required:
- Purchase records and license documentation are retained for seven (7) years for tax compliance and legal record-keeping purposes.
- Email marketing list subscriptions are maintained until you unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Support communications are retained for two (2) years from the date of the most recent correspondence.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make such a request, contact us at hello@plnhousestudio.com. We will respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) days.
Please note that certain records — such as purchase and license records required for legal and tax compliance — may be retained even after a deletion request, in accordance with applicable law.
PLNHOUSE Studio uses essential cookies only, limited to what is necessary for the site to function correctly — for example, maintaining a shopping session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that identify individual users.
